C form in up
Goods sold by A in kerala to B in U.P. but actual delivery is given to C in Maharastra.
in this case how Form 38 will be issued to A by B since goods have not entered into UP state.
And how form C will be issued to A by B without quoting details of form 38 in Form C.
please suggest.

E1 and E2 forms are to be issued in such cases.

But E- 1 is issued for subsequent sale. In this case it is not a subsequent sale.
I am also facing the same problem. A dealer in UP makes interstate purchase in Gujarat and sends the goods to a job worker in Maharashtra from where final goods are brought in UP on road permit. Since the original goods have not entered in UP, no road permit form 38 has been issued. How to issue C Form to dealer in Gujarat. Can any body advise!
