C Form from Sales Tax

C form is issued to registered assessee as per the Registration certificate issued under central sales tax rules 1956, for purchases as notified under the R/C. 

if u can get the items to be purchased from other state then u have to get it endorsed ( amended) in RC.

Can I have the format of C-form at my mail Id

The activity of Hotel does fall under the classification of Manufacturing/Processing as envisaged in Section 8 of CST Act. Hence, post endorsement, Hotels can buy goods against Form-C.
