I am here to ask you that how & Company (hotels) can be issued C form. because as per C form Rules the company having a work of hotel can't get C Form.

C form is issued to registered assessee as per the Registration certificate issued under central sales tax rules 1956, for purchases as notified under the R/C.
if u can get the items to be purchased from other state then u have to get it endorsed ( amended) in RC.

Hi,
The activity of Hotel does fall under the classification of Manufacturing/Processing as envisaged in Section 8 of CST Act. Hence, post endorsement, Hotels can buy goods against Form-C.
