Friends, I had made application for C-form for one quarter & recd all the c forms in time. However i later realised that i omitted one client for that quarter & hence i wanted to make another application for the same quarter to get his C form, but the system shows an error that application for same quarter cannot be filed again. how do i solve this ? & how can i obtain the c form now ?

Go to your VAT officer who will be having a key to help you. Or sometimes the control room may assist you. You may contact the web site control room......mjk

Mr. MJK is correct, you can solve this issue by meeting the VATO. I have faced same issue in my current organisation. We are trying the same way and hope to solve this issue may be in another visit.
