C Form and way bill

Get registered with "sales tax office" under VAT and CST of your respective state. 

once registered u have to apply for way bill for import of goods interstate. as a registered dealer u will enjoy concessional rate of CST charged against C form to be submitted. 

after receipts of goods you have to apply for C forms and issue to the vendor.

May u help me where to register ur firm at first. and what documents r needed for that. since i want to start my trading company. what the formalities to be done. and whom to contact for the registration and all rule and regulation. CA ??

1) get trade licence from local municipal corporation, in a business name.

2) get pan from incometax ( NSDL/UTISL

3) open bank current account in name and style of business

4) do 1st purchase and sale 

5) get in touch with sales tax office of your city.
