I have purchased good from a buyer 5 times in quarter,while filling C form for the quarter what should i have to do ,i have to file one C form for all purchase (or) 5 C form for each purchase seperetly. Thanking you,

 In this I have Returned some goods  purchsed in same quarter & some in Previous Quarter what i have to now

if you make "out of state purchases" in Q1, so make one C-form application for Q1 (aggregating all OMS purchases made during those quarter net of returns)
so on & so forth for Q2, Q3 & Q4
