C-form

The downloading of "C" forms is downloading the online  "C" form from the respoective State commercial taxes website.  This is possible after uploading the VAT and CST returns in the website. This downloading happens every month. However, the issue of "C" form is manual certificates received from the respective Sales tax Assessment Circle on fulfilling certain conditions and they will issue the numbers of firms on the basis of CST purchases by the dealer.  After receving the forms, the dealer has to fill manuly the respective details of inv no, inv date, amount and supplers name. This is issued on quarterly basis. Now almost all states stopped issueing manual "C" forms.
