C form

If in previous quarter you show that sale then you have to issue C form for that Quarter otherwise you can issue in current Quarter. I am not sure but this is the best i can say about this.

In Vat act sales is deemed on date of invoice, in current case you have to revised your quarterly return and have to give c form in previous quarter
