C form
we have purchase against c form in previous quarter invoice is on same date. but i have received this invoice in this quarter. sale tax return for previous quarter has been filled. now i have to issue c form to dealer. for which quarter C form i will issue, for quarter invoice raised or i have booked in my record. plz suggest......

If in previous quarter you show that sale then you have to issue C form for that Quarter otherwise you can issue in current Quarter. I am not sure but this is the best i can say about this.

it is not do big problem. it depends upon ur relation with ur dealar i must say ' you have not to worry much about it
In Vat act sales is deemed on date of invoice, in current case you have to revised your quarterly return and have to give c form in previous quarter
