We can issue C forms for purchase of rawmaterial. capital goods...subject to those goods are included in your registation certifiacate. We cannot issue C form for purchase of tools & consumables.

Yes, agreed.  The dealer's Form B CST certificate should  be endorsed for all the commodities dealt by him for the following purpose.

a) Resale

b) Process/manufacturing activities (including capital goods)

c) Packing materials

d) power generation/mines

e) telecommunications
