C form
What is the total value of transaction for C Form application? If freight amount is shown separately in Invoice, whether the same should be included in total value of trasaction for applying C Forms?

If CST is charged on frieght than you need to include the same as it will be part of taxable value.

Generally, C forms will be issues based on the Invoice Total.
As per the statute it should be on Assessable value alone.
You can check with your Supplier and as per his requirement you can request dept for C Forms.
