As we all are studying professional course
depending on one notes is not at all enough
along wit surbhi u should concentrate on insitute book suggested n any other book lik padhuka
n then u should prepare ur notes from these materials
n sure u will score good marks with the preparation of your own notes rather than depending on the other notes which was prepared by another notes
i am not sayin that it will not help
sure it will help but only to 20 %
rest is your efforts
prepare ur notes in diagramatic form u can secure very high marks
