I want to know whether there is any facility started by ICAI for online registration of CA Final New course for who have just passed IPCC.

Not yet gone thru such any notification by ICAI.
Online form abhi Avliable nahi hai for registraion only exam form avliable in online mode so please fill up manually form

Yes, offcourse you can register for Final Course and apply for Final exams in Nov'12 if you are prepared well in advance. I got passed in May'12 and I too was under PCC scheme, I have applied for Final registration as well as final exam in Nov'12.
