Can any one please tell me the best book for C.A Final Financial Reporting paper to pass the May 2017 exams! The book should be easily understandable and comprehensive in all types of practical problems including last years papers. Whether study materials are also required to be studied.

You should first complete institute study material & PM , if you have excess time then you should go for additional material . You should  also give mock test to evaluate your preparation.
