Can any one please tell me the best book for C.A Final Corporate & Allied Laws paper to pass the May 2017 exams! The book should be easily understandable. Whether study materials are also required to be studied.

CA FINAL BOOK FOR CORPORATE AND ALLIED LAWS BY CA MUNISH BHANDARI SIR IS THE BEST BOOK FOR CA FINAL LAW EXAMS. AT THE SAME TIME DO REFER ICAI PRACTICE MANUAL, RTP, MOCK TEST PAPERS, SUPPLEMENTARY INTRODUCED BY ICAI AND PAST EXAMS PAPERS FOR SCORING BETTER MARKS

Munish Bhandari. If you are referring his textbook, no need to do anything else, including practice manuals. His textbook covers everything.

If you are using his handbook then you may need to go through the practice manual too. Bear in mind that the handbook releases only 2 months before the exam. If you want to start studying before that, then get the textbook. If not then get handbook of Nov 16. It's available online.
