I have been assigned a task to draft various documents required to comply with provisions related to buy back of shares of a private company. Can anyone provide me format for letter of offer to be filed with ROC pursuant to Private Limited Comapny and Unlisted Public Limited Company (Buy Back of Securities) Rules 1999?
I have a format for listed companies but I need specifically for private or unlisted companies.
