Is business vertical, as per sec 2(18) of CGST Act,2017, liable to be registered seperately if business is in same state?
eg - if a person has textile shop and restaurant both in same state then is he liable for different registration?
and what if the business vertical is in different states?

No he is not liable but has the option to choose either separate or same registration for different bussines vertical.
If the business vertical is in different state then he must obtain separate registration number. There he doesn't have the option.
