This is our business objective of LLP:

To carry on the business of trading, online trading and marketing, export and import of all kinds of consumer products including leather bags and Plastic purses, belts, plastic bags, bazar bags, cotton & rexine bags, rexine and foam plastic fabrics, cotton & gunny bags, Ladies handbags, pouches, traveling bags, PVC leather cloth, PVE sheetings, Zip fasteners, and other allied items in the same line of business

Since it contains Retail trading ,online trading and marketing we wish to sell software services related to retail trade and Marketing, so software selling is allowed to us or we need to update agreement or form new LLP?

Your business is the sale of consumer products and you have mentioned various items which follow a common theme. The words "and other allied items in the same line of business" also indicate that they shall be related to the items mentioned.

So the LLP agreement may be altered and form 3 to be filed. Since the business of the LLP remains the trade of goods and services, there is no change in business.
