Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether an Indian business owner with GST registration needs to amend it when opening a partnership in Singapore. The consensus is that since the Singaporean branch is a separate entity, no amendment to the Indian GST registration is required. Indian GST applies within India, while Singapore's commercial tax rules govern the overseas branch.

Lack of clarity
Gst is applicable within indian. you will have to follow commercial tax rules of Singapore the branch in Singapore.
No need to have separate registration.
Yes I agreed with Mr Ashwin Kumar,

@ Mr Muralidoss,

No need... Bcoz, the said foreign company treated as separate entity..
