need help.
i was running my own business and that got closed last october. it was a small hotel on lease in ooty. unfortunately because of bad business, i was forced to shut down and leave. i was literally left with no money at all. there s a pending gst of almost 1.25 L which i have not yet been able to clear. moreover the auditor handling my gst returns is not willing to share the user name and password too. what are the repercussions of this ? Will I be jailed for this ? Will i be given a notice for the same ? pls help
