If trust is doing some activities which is not charitable, and turnover is more than 20 lakh, than we can consider as business entity as per GST

Yes , services other then notified in Notification 12/2017, being provided by the trust is taxable & liable for registration in GST

trust is already registered under GST.. my question bis RCM IS applicable... for trust..

Yes , if it is registered then RCM is applicable (as to all other registered taxpayer)
