Hi all, I am in a strange dilema realting to budget - Please help

1. Modified budget: this is the alteration to the approved budget during the year - Correct?

2. Than what we will be called figures based on

Actual results Q1 + 9 months remaining period approved budget without any changes

Is this also a modified budget?

Sorry, I hope, I have asked the question correctly. I have asked people in my department but none of them have any answer for me .
