icai mou with other univ. sucks. if they can, why don't they do so with delhi univ,guj univ, mumbai uni, symbiosis,univ of pune, banglore univ, etc.
I felt so angry when icai prez said,"students should make use of these tie-ups" and he names NSOU; which is blacklisted by AICTE again as one of the tie-ups.
