Hello guys,

Now without giving  prior notice to me they have broke this relation and have sold their goods to other party in my city. So, my question is can i Lodge a case against them 'cause of breach of contract. also we have purchased some goods from them too last month. please reply as soon as possible.

It depends on the terms and conditions of the contract. If the conditions in the contract explicitly mentions that they cannot cancel the distributorship without prior notice, then you have a good case. For that you will have to consult an advocate who can tell you the hidden clauses in the contract which will allow you to win the case should you make a complaint in the court. Also check the clauses regarding any dispute whether the parties have to seek arbitration.
