We are readymade garments Merchant Trader. We had been sending various shipments to Sri Lanka towards the orders of our Customer in UK. The invoices have the notify party address as UK customer and Sender is ours. We are getting the payments of all these invoices from customer as accumulated with commission. there was no drawback on these shipments. We have not given the documents to bank as we are getting the payment through bank transfer and there was no drawback. Now we got to know that papers towards every forex payment needs to be given to bank for BRC within 21 days. My query is that can these be done now, after 11 months? we had approached the bank and they refused to entertain this.
