we are dealer of ford company and we received Brand protection money of Rs. 11800000+Gst so how I treated in tally? And whether should I pay gst on that?

We are car dealer of ford company, after ford shutdown in India they give Brand Protection charges every six month after we raised invoice from their portal, this money we receive till 2026
So how can i treat this money
