Dear Seniors,
i am working in a Pvt Ltd company and the company registered as a Excise Dealer and it is having another branch in another state in both states registered as Excise dealer and both branches individually purchasing the materail from the manufacturars and selling the goods to their customers along with the excise benifit.
My doubt is our company want to transferr (Branch Transfer) the purchased excise goods from one state branch to another state branch and the same material want to sale it's customers along with excise benifits.
Please advise me what steps i should take.
