I have a little doubt about statutory provisions of Branch Audit compliance.
When Branch of company is required to be audit ?
I have read such provision in Audit of IPCC in company audit chapter but now have no idea about this..you all are kindly requested to solve my doubt ASAP.
Some limit of T/O or % of T/O of Branch is specified in that rule.. !!
