The internal audit of BPO Industry would mainly include adherence with the Master agreement with the clients and the review of the Service Level Agreements with the client.
In the BPO industry it is important to adhere with the time line which is specified by the client. This has to be taken care and the delay or the possible delay (risk factor) has to be reported.
Analyse the penalty or any kind of other interest which is specified in the agreement which is not confirmed and possiblity of penalty.
You should also need to see the compliance with statutory requirement and compliance with any law which is applicable to the company.
There is no specific internal audit report format in this regard.
