Dear all,
There is a Company which has borrowed Rs.20 crores unsecured loan, which is within the borrowing limit. My question is which all MCA forms to be filed for such unsecured loan? MGT-14 is applicable?

In case of Public Company as per Section 179(3) Company have to file MGT-14 for borrowing. But for private limited Company MGT-14 is not required to file.
