Recently in one of the organisation have been selected under the Excise Audit 2000. Auditor asked the organisation to produce the data for the last five years. Is it required / mandatory to produce it compulsory ?
Can the auditor demand for such requirement ?

yes as per DPEG rule 2000
every organisation required or mandatory to produce the data for the last five years...
