what is entry in books of accounts of tran 1 cgst credit so cgst is debit but credit is who's is account so kindly help this entry

You can credit the relevant central taxes related ledgers to CGST viz. Excise duty input, CVD, SAD, Service Tax etc.
Credit the stock or Direct income account
