How to get study material now from institute for may 21 final exam?

For study material, you can refer institutes website (BOS knowledge portal) if you want soft copies.

For hard copies, you can either get them printed,  or connect with any printing shop who regularly deals with CA students. Eg in Delhi near ICAI office they know more about the books than CA students :)
