padukas very good for audit but you can refer surbhi bansal also bcoz it's for self-study.

and for accounts M.P.Vijaykumar is good option.

FR u can but u have to update answer to sch vi revised. And for audit i say go for padhuka its very gud but buy new book only bcoz many many new thngs, topics are included including new sch vi.

And also try to buy new pm's of this year edition.

Actually I live in Dubai n planning my vacation in august.. Till then I wil be able to study only from my previous edition books.. Hope that will be fine. I guess I need to buy all d new editions after that.

thats fine..but try to take print out frm icai site. Law supplementary(companies act 2013) material. And for FR u cn refer pm soft copy.

is there any changes in AS as well due to changes in certain section of companies act...as new companies act i.e 2013 is applicable for nov 2014.. nd 1 more thing wanna ask...i m having audit July 2012 editiin..i shud buy new book due to changes?? only bank audit changed or adrs chapters also got affected due co. act

AS wil nt be affected. But through notifications/clarifications disclosure of certain items given..for althese u can refer in nov'13, may'14 rtp's. And in audit new NBFC norms etc many smal topics are included as compared with 2012. Instead of reconciling wid old one.. Better buy new book..i suggest padhuka bcoz questions on sch vi revised, CARO, ethics are very gud and also it covers old rtps new type of questions which are very imp frm exam point of view. New comp act Sections wch are affected company audit then only those wl be in audit syllabus.

For auduting surabi bansal is good...it is very easy to refer before exams also..but with any author book..any subject...institute practise mannual is suggestable to get good score...all d best...

For FR - MP Vijaykumar edition of 2012 will do for Nov 14 attempt or need to buy new ?

even i have 2012 edition..its enough. But buy jan'14 practice manual.
