how can we avail input credit on bank commission and EDC Machine commission when bank invoice no. is not available.

Register your GSTIN with bank account/s.
then????will bank issue us invoice or something else will do
Bank will feed customers' GSTIN while filing GST3B/GSTR1, so you will get direct credit.
