Is arpita tulsyan book sufficient to get exemption for final law
It's a good book per se (I use it) but, you gotta consider the following -
1. Company law part is superb - not too big like Munish B or the others - just has what is req along with teacher's notes here and there, but allied laws is too simple. It won't suffice if you are doing it for the first time from that book for allied laws. You may not catch the point or may not be able to frame sentences as it is much in a summary form for allied laws.
2. No detailed Q and A. Though it has lot of Q and A from icai books, RTPs, past exam Qns etc.. It doesn't contain detailed answer. You may have to frame answer / refer PM / his (AKS sir) question books itself.

It has lot of positives like it can be easily revised in the day of exam, it has threshold limits and penalty charts etc and IBC cases, even IBC is easy to grasp. But you must be able to sort out the above 2 issues of you are first timer in law. If it's not an issue, it's a good buy.
