It is excellent but you will have to supplement it with the practice manual. It cannot be used as a stand alone book. But purely from an exam perspective and to understand provisions in a simplified manner, it's a superb book.

Almost all concepts are covered. And he also uploads revision, amendments and case law lectures on YouTube so it's really useful.
