hi,
can anyone explain which one will be better book for CA Final corporate and allied laws.

1.paduka book
2.Munish Bhandari text book

In my opinion Munish Bhandari is self explanatory and is a complete book in itself. Hence recommended.

If you complete the whole PM along with 2 terms RTPs then you can score 50 plus. However, Munish Bhandari is good for reference.

PM(thoroughly) + rtp is enough, if u are short of time...
if u have time thn go fr munish bhandari, advisable to avoid huge material in law, use only pm n fr clarity u can watch videos on YouTube...

Go for Bhandari sir's comprehensive book undoubtedly. However you will be needing to make ur own notes of each chapter and summary of sections also for completing the course within 1 day.

You may buy Nov 2016 edition, for amendmend applicable to May 2017 you may follow RTP & Supplimentay stydy material.
