IS M.P. VIJAYKUMAR IS GOOD FOR ACCOUNTS AND AS BOTH.
AND BESIDE IS THERE ANY HUGE AMENDMENTS IN ACCOUNTS, AS SOME MY FRIENDS SAID??

M.P. Vijay kumar's book is nice for FR. For Accounting Standard Rawat's book is good. I bought both of them. Focusing AS from Rawat's book only.

@ karthik.. D.S.Rawat's book is well reputed book for Accounting Standard.
dear kartik.... i would suggest m.p vijay kumar sir's book for the regular chapters and d.s rawat's book for accounting standars.......
m.p vijay kumar sir's book is the best for self study.....while reading it you feel like someone teaching you........so no confusion go for it......
kartik its true......there are some problems with the solution of the questions in d.s rawat......but i guess once you study the portion you can easily figure it out yourselves or you can also consult your seniors......
practically d.s rawat is good for self study....... i would advise to go for it/......
