difference between book debts and recievables in terms of working capital analysis
thank you
Book Debts refers to balances due from customers to whom we have sold goods or rendered any service on credit.
Receivables = Book Debts + Debtors(not book debts/ trade debtors) + B/R generated against Debtors.
Book Debts is also known as Accounts Receivables and it is different from Receivables. Receivables is a broader term.
