IN CASE OF BONUS ISSUE WHICH RESOLUTION IS REQUIRED TO BE PASSED? SPECIAL OR ORDINARY?WHILE FILING FORM PAS 3 IT REQUIRES SRN OF MGT-14 FOR SR.

Ordinary resolution is required to pass for Bonus Issue of Shares.

so in Form PAS-3 is it ohk we write SRN for passing OR instead of SR?
