bonus in case of salary breakup

hi,

if a co. revise salary of its employees and the break up of salary twice (1 time in first Qtr. and second time in II Qtr.during the year) whether bonus will provide only as per basic salary or the co. may pay bonus more than one month salary. whether  there  are some  restriction in  amendments for second time in salary break up

Bonus is not form part of salary. Bonus should be paid under "The Payment of Bonus Act, 1965".
No specific restrictions
As per the latest trend the bonus is dependent on your performance, As such there is not restriction on the bonus but this is to be given in sink with the Payment of the Bonus Act.
Since the Co. has revised the Salary Twice the Co. will pay Bonus as per the Revised Basic Salary which may or may not be more than previous one months' salary. There is no restriction in amendments for salary break up.
