A is an employee in a Pvt Ltd company, having only 6 employees in the whole accounting year.
In the appointment letter of Mr A, there is not any word mentioned about the bonus.
joined in September 2022,
now the question is, is mr A eligible for the bonus in October 2023 or not?

No as per bonus act minimum salary eligibility threshold is there.
