I know the defination of BOI and AOP through income tax reference book
but cant visualise it in practical parlace
what is the diffenrece between them apart from group of persons together to carry business(BOI) and likeminded group of people(AOP)
in that case caqn they be compared to partnership.
is there any deed to form AOP or BOI
can you please quote any prqactical issues or examples
chamber of commerce is an ex of boi as it is a body of individual
whereas aop is association of persons.
association can of any form which you can make from defination of persons nuder income tax act
