Body corporate definition.
whether Body corporate includes partnership firm for the purpose of applicability of Gst on Rcm basis.

Body Corporate” has the same meaning as assigned to it in clause (11) of section 2 of the
Companies Act, 2013.
Hence , Partnership firm Does not fall under definition of Body corporate

which supply of service are u referring to because i think partnership firm is including

As per sub section (11) of section (2) of Companies Act, 2013 “body corporate” or “corporation” includes a company incorporated outside India, but does not include Co-operative societies or any other Body corporate specify central government in this behalf. In my opinion a partnership firm will not come under the definition body corporate for this purpose.
