Board resolution for appointment of a lawyer for Debtors Rec

Appoint him either as Advisor (get into  agreement) or consultant and if you are associating him as legal councel (vakalatnama is sufficient) to file the suit better authorise one of the Director for said activity, he will sign the vakalatnama/agreement on behalf of the company in that case no need to pass any resolution for appointment of Advocate. If you want to pas a resolution you can write:-

"RESOLVED THAT Mr.---------------------------, Advoacte be and hereby appointed as ------------------------- at a remuneration as may be decided mutually by the Board and the advocate."

Or write anything whatever you want to mention and material.

If appointment is made for a specific agreement or contract etc the resolution should show the same or the resolution shopuld show time period of applointment like for One year or Two years etc.
