Kindly reply if a board resolution needs to be passed for termination of leave and license agreement prior to its expiry period in a private company.

Hello,
If company is a party and involve in the agreement then its suggestive to record and delegate proper authorisation in a Board Meeting.
Its better that to record things for future reference.
