Even before pandemic, there was no prohibition to convene board meeting through VC/OAVM just certain price sensitive matters were not allowed ( If physical quorum is not at venue / All directors are participating through VC mode), I think it's allowed till this year end ,Ya You can use Zoom /Webex any platform which have proper recording facility and also in compliance with the circulars issued by MCA ...
