Board meeting through video conferencing

Dear Ekta,

Please find attached the VC Rules as per Chapter 12 which I have recently followed.

There is no difference in minutising the proceedings however you need to specify the presence of the same Director as 'Attended through VC'. Please also include in minutes the point of Roll Call as specified in the rules.
