As per rule 3 of Board Meeting no person other than the concerned director can attend through video conferencing....
Is it possible that any person as invitee can attend the board meeting through electronic mode.

Yes invitee can attend however proper recording of such meeting which is able to recognise the persons is required
As per Secretarial standard 1 read with para 1.2.3 which deals with participation in the meeting via electronic means, allows to CS, Auditors or the invitees to partake in the Board meeting.
