Board meeting

The Companies Act, 2013 has no express provision in relation to inspection of minutes book of the board meetings, the same shall be open for the the inspection of auditor. The director shall also be eligible to see this books.

But the judgement given in (Rameshwar Lal Lath V calcutta wheat & seed Association Ltd) Right of inspection cannot be denied whatever be the motives of member.
