Pls Explain to the matter: Can be issued to anyone Bonous Share against Reveluation reserve. Then i have issued to bonous share on this condi. so what is the process of issued to bonous share.

Bonus shares cannot be issued against "Revaluation Reserve......
But when assest, in respect of which Revaluation reserve was made, is sold then the revaluation reserve takes the form of Free reserve(provided it is sold at at least no profit no loss ) & then "Bonus shares can be issued"
